in that condition, especially with it needing floors, i'd say that is a $2,000 car tops. i hate to say it but you could probably make a lot more than that parting out, but please don't do that unless you find out it's really a lot worse than it looks, like frame rails are rotted and 1/4 panels are a lot rustier than originally though. it's not a particulary rare since it has the base engine and no ac but it is a vert so that helps.

if you decide that it's not worth restoring and you end up parting it out, let me know i'll buy the underdash and underhood wiring and probably a few other things for my upcoming 69 cougar project.

STDR, i won't tell anyone on the cougar board about your gutter fetish if you don't mention mine, though i am a recovering gutter-holic and don't spend much time in the peanut-gutter butter anymore.

Is that why you just ordered ten cases with toe jam swirls, and does GA have a 12-step program?

Don't worry, your secret is safe with us!

That's okay; did you notice where I asked yeloxr7 if I could steal his Ron White Quote for my sig over here? He pretended to not know what other forum I was talking about..... classic denial!

I mised the part about this being a vert; I was thinking that was a tear in a vinyl top (at the driver's sail panel). I guess the filler plate below the back glass is not as suspect as I thought! Too bad about the floors, though.

Wait....if it's got "Flinstone Floors" doesn't that make it an ultra-rare "Sabre Toothe Cat"..???

This from the guy who has been replacing floors, other sheetmetal and suspension parts like a madman on his '66 six-in-a-row; and still has blasting grit in his ears and a POR-15 toupee'

EDIT: And now I'm reading that you're putting MOPAR ignition parts on Sally!
What's next? Encouraging dogs to sleep with cats???????

See, this is how you run into "women trouble".

When you can't remember a girls exact age, you always want to get it wrong on the young side. How would Sally feel if I were to say she was a year older than she really was?

I'm just sayin'

sally is not some insecure youngster. She is proud of her 42 years and she wears it well!
