Pretty much what the title says, i see pi everywhere. pi cams, pi intake, pi heads, what does pi mean?

Nope....'99-'04 The only difference between the '99-'00 and '01-'04 is that the earlier heads were Winsors and the later heads were Romeo.

NPI owners usually cry in their sleep due to it.

They were a new improved h/c/i system put on the 99+ 4.6s from the factory. This is the reason 99+ make more power than the 96-98s.
