wHAT ENGINE OIL TO USE IN WINTER?

What engine oil should I use in winter? I know is like 5-30 or can I continue using the 10-30. I will be using synthetic.

I'd stick with the 10w30 synthetic. Might consider dropping down to the 5w30 if you live in Canada or the extreme northern US.

10w30 should be good

We all use 10W30 or less here in Southern Calif. Latest buzz for new cars is 0 weight!

5w is for colder weather, because its thinner and helps to protect the engine better right after a startup because it can move throughout the engine quicker on a cold day. I believe its like 0* or less u HAVE to use 5 weight. But I like to use 5w in the winter and 10w in the summer just to be safe. Cant hurt it as long as its cold.
