OK, I'm ready to add an intercooler. I can't do the Vortech aftercooler, as I can't relocate my battery. I was looking at the kit ProCharger offers - looks like it would be a fairly simple install.

I do NOT want to cut the crash bumper, so it's gotta' go between that and the radiator. Ideas? Suggestions?

Just buy tiny ic that dosen't cool very well and put in under the crash bar lol. Or you can buy a bigger one and jam it in between the bumper support and radiator so the air flow will suck which causes it not to cool very well. Or pay the over inflated price that procharger wants for an Ic that performs no better than an ebay one.

+1 for the TINY IC!!!! no, seriously just get a 24x12x3 intercooler off ebay i guess you can sandwich it between the bumper and radiator if you dont wanna cut the bumper support. it wont cool as well but it will be better than nothing

Got it . . . makes sense. I've got a few ideas, where there's a will, there's a way. This looks like an extremely well thought out kit btw . . .

Anyone have one?

the paxton kit is a great kit. but you can make an even better one for less than $500, while the paxton unit will cost you $1400. i dont know about you but i know that i can use taht extra $900 for something else.
