What fuel pressure?

With the mods in my sig, what fuel pressure should I be running at idle and under throttle?

Currently (according to my fp gauge) I'm running 40-42 psi at idle and when crusing, but when i give it some gas it jumps to 50-52 psi.

I met a guy tonight at a meet who seems to know alot about foxs and even has one of his own, He says I should be running 32-33 at idle which is stock fp. Also that I should drop my timing from 16* to 13* .

It has 24# injectors on it for what ever reason, and an adjustable FPR so i could have him help me adjust it, I just want to be sure that sounds about right to you guys with more experience. Last thing i want is to wash the rings or run it too lean.

Ok well I set the fuel pressure to where it runs about 32-35 at idle/cruising and spikes to about 40-42 when i give it gas. It seems to have some more low end torque now but my butt dyno has been known to be off at times lol.

If I can get ahold of a timing light tonight I will probably retard it back to about 13* and see how that does since I'm running 16* at the moment.

Anyone have any tips for me????
