I was wondering what guages to get (type and brand) that is needed with a s/c. I figured a boost and fuel pressure, but is a/f, oil pressure, etc necessary?
Boost for sure. Fuel Pressure = nice to have. A/F is a light show, if lights flashing on your dash bother you, just say no to A/F!... though I think Autometer actually has a needle a/f gauge... I think it's also just a little smaller than a normal pod.
autometer seems to be the choice to go with, good quality and alot of choices. at a minimum you should get the boost guage and fuel pressure. Hopefully when and if I ever get a sc I would end up getting the a/f ratio guage to. try this site out.
Is there any accuracy difference between electrical or mechanical. I'm looking for anything too fancy b/c I'm not planning on changing my dash anytime soon, and would want something to be somewhat similar for matching purposes.
