I'm trying to figure out which gauges to use to replace the stock ones. I want to have a nice looking setup that has acurate readouts. I hate white face gauges, they bug my eyes. I've been looking at a lot of different brands. VDO, Stewart Warner, Autometer (everyone uses these so I don't think I'll get them), Moon and several others. Is there a brand that tends to be more acurate then others ?

Also, my friends 67 Cougar has a gauge installed on the passenger pannel. Its his oil pressure gauge. The pannel looks as tho it is a stock Ford piece. I'm wondering if anything like that was ever available for the 67 deluxe interior package or if that was just a Cougar thing.

Have you considered these: http://www.speedhut.com/default.asp?bhcp=1
I have a few and am extremely pleased with them. I have them with white faces and Ford Racing logo but the beauty is that you design the faces yourself incl colors.

That is interesting, I'll definately keep it in mind. Unfortunately I'm no artist. How acurate are the gauges they are using ?
