Just got myself a 94 GT 5speed and I am wondering what gears they came stock with. 2:73's ? 3:08's?

those sound right. the only way to know, unless you have had the car since day one is to count the ring and pinion ratio or jack up the rear and put it on jackstands. then count the ratio of DS turns to one wheel revolution.

Look at the AX code on the door sticker. If it says M you have 2.73's

the axle code for 3.08s is Z i think.

most 5spd gt's had the 3.08s installed from the factory, but not all

what kind of car does he have?

i met a guy named jerry with a white notchback a few months ago. if that is the right guy i dont "know" him, but i recognize his car.

back on to topic, did you ever figure which gears you have 94 blu

On your driver's side door jam there is your ID tag and it
has a certain letter on it stating what gears it has M=2.73's
E=3.27's
Z=3.08's
This answer's you question.Come back and tell us what stock gears you have.

my gears

the door jam of my car says "z" so that should mean i have 3.08's. thanx guys for the info.
