WHAT HAPPEND TO THE NEW LIGHTING

according to an inside source at SVT ford gave them the option of building either a cobra or a lightning. they chose to develop the cobra. they had to make the call because there was a new chassis for both the f150 and the mustang at the same time and it would cost too much, according to ford, not SVT, to develop both simultaniously (sp).

Well first off, no one said the lightening is dead or gone forever. I would say you will see it at some point. do you really think they will let dodge just take their coveted fastest truck in the world title that easy!
