What helmet is everyone using?

I am looking at a Bell X-15, a G-Force Pro Force 1, and the RCI full-face. I'm trying to decide if the Bell is worth the extra $80 more than the other two and it comes down to weight, if it's lighter, I'll get it.

Any insight from anyone?

I need to get a SA2000 rated helmet, an M-rated won't pass tech for open track.

hope your kidding b/c if your running a 13.99 at our track you need a helmet.

Any NHRA track.

I use a Bell racing helmet, kind of expensive ($250) but this is your head we're talking about .

Havent been yet, but can I wear a baseball cap, or one of those leather helmets the football players wore in the 40's?

Hey Dave,

What model helmet did you get for $250 and where? in that price range I'm looking at either RCI or G-Force. The cheapest Bell full-face that Summitt has is the X-15 for $330.
