What hoses should be replaced?

What hoses should be replaced on these cars that absolutely go bad? I just dont know what to replace it with? any brands? Ford racing hoses lol?

upper and lower radiator hoses every 5 years or so. if you have the intake off replace the heater core hoses. if you ever put in a new radiator put in new upper and lower hoses.

for brands, you cant beat Motorcraft. you can also get NAPA or Carquest as they are generally the best made non OEM hoses.
