upper and lower radiator hoses every 5 years or so. if you have the intake off replace the heater core hoses. if you ever put in a new radiator put in new upper and lower hoses.
for brands, you cant beat Motorcraft. you can also get NAPA or Carquest as they are generally the best made non OEM hoses.
