What Is This Connector?

Sorry if I'm flooding the forum with questions here lately, but trying to finish this build up. I've got this connector under the dash flopping around, and I don't remember where it goes. I'm just praying the dash isn't coming back out. Anyone recognize this piece? I pulled the inside out well over a year ago and am currently stumped. Thanks.

If you look up under there where the pedal assembly is the brake pedal on the end has a red or green can't remember the color cotter pin and a washer then that switch then another washer if no washers are present put washers in there it needs to be tight in there
