I bought a wire harness to do a mass air conversion out of a newer stang, This is the first plug after the ECM, it would be under the dash, My 86 doesnt have this plug, or I didnt see it with a visual inspection anyhow...

Any takers? I don't need info on how to do the mass air conversion or how to splice the harness, this harness came from a mass-air car (year unknown) If you can help me identify the harness or help with what the plug does, I'd appreciate it.

The green plug is lined out like this.

it probably has to do with the body harness on the year car that it came out of....possibly for fuel pump, ignition and what not. not sure if this is gonna help but check this out and it might help, it might not.

I think I may have an 86-87 wire harness that someone has converted to mass air, but I cannot find any 86-87 SD diagrams ( I might just scrap this harness )

Nothing from those 86 diagrams matches what is in my car, and nothing from the later 87+ diagrams match the green plug... wtf is the deal....
