What is this plug?

I was looking over my engine and on the drivers side near the battery, coming out of a harness was this little plug. Do you guys know what it is?

FWIW, there is a plug or two down there that go to nothing as I recall. They were for diagnostics at the factory or something along those lines.

I think it's a floater.

that's the blinker fluid harness.

I figured it was some type of diagnostic port, or a ground.

LOL at the blinker fluid harness!

That's the Kanooter, very common and found on just about every model.

Doesn't it say "Anti-lock Test"? I've always assumed it is the test/diagnostic port for the ABS system.

The port that's covered in a red cap yes. But I was wondering what the other single cable was out of the bigger harness.
