So on my mission to chase down all the wiring gremlins in my car from the previous owners I started to pull out all the added speaker wire, while doing this I found a group of relays with wire everywhere that goes up under my dash somewhere(can't quite see) I was wondering if anyone knew what they were for....I was thinking an alarm that might have been on the car before hand, but I don't wanna cut them off if it's gonna make my life harder.

Most likely yes. Most installers grab the door lock wiring at the driver's kick panel (the primary color on the OEM lock wires is pink). You'd need to reconnect the OEM wiring (most likely running through relay terminals 30 and 87).

If the third relay has a diode across the relay coil terminals, it was probably a starter kill. You'd want to restore the circuit (reconnecting the wires that run to that relay's terminal 30 and 87).
