What is wrong with my Rear end?

I thought that my clutches were burnt out but i powerbraked it today and it left POSI, then dumped the clutch it left one, what is wrong with my rear? I did both of these 3 times each and all the results were the same so i dont knwo if my clutches are bad any ideas?

Your posi is worn out,when you power brake it, the resistance of the brake shoes will cause it to transfer power to both wheels.

I know 7.5's suck but i have to rebuild mine can I get a kit to rebuild the clutches? Also where from? And does anyone have a webpage on how to rebuild it? How long will this take? Thanks

Your LSD needs to be re-packed. I fried my clutches at an Auto-x event and decided to throw in a Torsen T2R LSD instead of re-packing the trac-lock. I'm really happy with my Torsen (my wallet wasn't though), my car is much more stable in the turns and it seems a bit quicker too.

So what do you guys recommend? I am a college student so a detroit locker isnt really feasable

in my 8.8 my first time on my DRs my posi went... it is pretty easy to rebuild and it is light on the wallet only bout 75-100 bucks(or cheaper) for everything that is needed... i know steeda sells a kit for the 8.8 not sure bout urs... u can look at www.steeda.com
