as of right now i have a wet kit for a carbed motor. My new car is fuel injected and was wondering what size jet to run if im not running any "added" fuel with the button, only nitrous.

COnverting your wet kit to dry would be a PITA. Besides adding nitrou, a dry kit has a regulated NOS feed to the fuel pressure regulator to up fuel pressure when on (that is what supplements fuel on a "dry kit").

Dry kits suck IMHO. Convert your carb kit to a EFI kit. All you need is a fogger nozzle instead of the plate, and new jets. Cost ya maybe $30-$40. Get the fuel for the fuel solenoid off the fuel pressure test port using a NOS adapter (1/16th npt to #3 an)

dont plate kits have a fogger nozzle already? isnt that what threads onto the plate. would it be possible to just tap a hole somewhere in the air intake for the nitrous and fuel nozzles to thread right in? I may be way off here i havnt put nitrous on a fuel injected car yet.

Nope. PLate carb kits use 2 spray bars.... thin tubes with holes drilled in them.
