It is axle and Model/brand dependent. Order the axles with the c-clip eliminators already installed so you do not have to worry about pressing them on.

Where are you located, what exactly do you want?

Hey Rick, I already have the axles, theyre superior 31 splines. All i want is a good set of C Clip Elims to put on while im doing the whole rear end. As far as the rear goes I have Richmopnd 3.73 gears, Detroit Locker, Those axles of course and by the way theyre 5 lug, a Moser rear end cover with gurdles, and 3 quarts of Redline gear oil. Thanks in Advance!

Then flange is where the lugs thread or press in

Just stay off of the raised portion (if they have this behind the flange) measure with a good set of mic's or calipers.

From what I have read here on Stangnet, C clip eliminators were not recommended on street cars. They don't handle the stress of turning and bumps well. Do a search.

If you want to be NHRA legal and also not have the axles come out on you when it breaks, c-clips elims or 9" bearing ends are your only choice.

The biggest issue with Eliminators on the street is leakage, clean and prep the are very well, grind the lip down perfect and seal the hell out of them. Let them set up atleast overnight before adding fluid and they will be fine.

How do you seal them better and what lip are you talking about?

You have to grind about .25" off the end of the housing/tube to install a c-clip eliminator, then you use Permatex to seal them against the tube.
