Also keep in consideration its an automatic we get worse gas mileage than the sticks due to loss of energy through the drivetrain. right now I get 16-18 driving city/ hwy, and I get 18-20 straight hwy. Thats with 4.10's which doesn't hurt gas mileage that much. I also recently had it tuned and just put in at 110K new plugs and a fuel filter. I am going to clean my air filter here soon. Proper inflation of tires makes a big difference too.

At this point in the year with warm ups and running the defrost you won't net as much mpg as in the summer.

Best in the few weeks so far is 19 mpg and worst is 16.5 mpg mixed driving.

A guy at work just bought a new lexus es350 and he has been getting 22mpg with mixed driving.

I'm hoping on some summer trips I could see closer to 25 mpg on the hiway.

Is it true that if I get larger wheels/tires then the stock 17 inch ones that came with the car it decreases your gas mileage

if you do sea foam, make sure you do it before you change out the spark plugs. people swear by seafoam on higher mileage cars, its known to clean out alot of gunk, but its also known to foul up yer plugs a bit, so do it before a change of plugs
