4000lb of tire pressure

Drivers have alot to do with. How much does he beat you by? Maybe milage might have a little affect on it too. Are you both auto or 5 speed?

Is one a auto and one a stick?? Thatll make a big diffrence. The driver makes a huge diffrence too. It could aslo just be that your engine is tired and not running as good as his.

I raced my friend's 93' LX and he had 3.73s, BBK L/T headers, O/R H-pipe, flowmasters, Underdrive pulleys, 65mm TB, BBK cold air kit, K&N filter.

Me, just what you see in my sig. Nothing, nothing done to the motor. He edge me by a bumper. One of the best races I ever experienced b/c we shifted into 2nd exactly, and were almost side by side through the middle of 4th. Could be the driver, and he is way more experience with a stick than I am, but now I know if I were to race him again, I would win by 1 car length at least. I've gotten better since Nov.

i'd have to agree with everyone on alot of it has to do with the driver. also mileage on the motor. compression check of both will tell alot. also if on eis auto and theother is stick. how did you launch compared to him. did he smoke you out of the hole?

Exactly what these guys have all said, he may be powershifting and you not etc. but if you went on a dyno you'd probably be making close the same power unless somethings wrong or your engine is just really worn

Driver, traction, weight of each car, tire height, engine milage, engine tune....the list go's on and on. I am faster than some cars with MORE mods than I have. There is alot to being fast than just HP.

here's what you should do...have your friend drive your car and you drive his...if you win in his car than there is definately something with the car...who knows he might have a factory freak...if he wins in your car than its the driver...SIMPLE

yeah I'd have to say 4000lbs of tire pressure is about 3964lbs too much.

with the mods he has done a spare isnt gonna help you...

if he is a car and a half out in front of you, your loosing badly, a spare isnt going to save you.

get a blower.

Well the main thing is no two engines blocks or cylinder heads are ever cast exactly alike.unless you have both had your motors blue printed your engines are nothing alike even with the same mods.

lol, just a little cartoon I made... It use to have a ford emblem on its neck and a chevy bowtie in its mouth, but I figured chevys are not the only victims that suffer from the wraith, so we'll just toss the blower in and some flames for the spray, and bam, he likes to chew on it.
