~20k miles on the clock if that's of any relavence.

Mobil 1 0w20 is what I just put in, before that I think I was running either 5w30 or 10w20....i just remember it was off from the oil fill cap by one weight... lol

I use regular dino oil. Usually Quaker State. Standard oils today are very good. I change the oil & filter every 3000 miles.

Synthetics have an advantage if you do off-roading events or need to place high stress over an extended period of time on your engine.
