i use mobil 1 5-30 religiously but i recently switched to valvoline full synthetic 5w-20 as they were all out of mobil one at the local auto store. I couldve bought the royal purple but i was feeling cheap.

Dude that oil is for diesels, but when it comes to diesels Rotella is the best!

mobil 1 0w-20 oil every 10k and filter every 3k

Mobil 1 and K&N filter. Every 5k. I will probably push it to 8K soon (yes, I know I can go longer then 8k as well).

i use Mobil 1 5w20 (i used 5w30 until last oil change) and a motorcraft filter.
I change my oil every 3000 miles.
I get very antsy if i go over 3k on the same oil

your can of stp is probably doing more damage than good....

never put in oil additives-especially in synth or synth blends...
