What Optima Battery Part Number Do I Need?

I have an duralast battery that came with the car. 590 cold cranking amps. I have done the 4 awg wires on both the positive and negative sides and also have a 120 amp alternator. The voltage drops and then goes back up quickly when the electric fan kicks on and also goes up and down when the signal lights are on. I am starting to think the battery is my weak link. What is the part number for an optima red top or is there another battery that I need. I don't have a big stereo.

What is the fan? Some have Huge amp draws, my mark viii fan almost kills my car if I start it from a dead stop in high...

That said, I like to use agm batteries. I get mine from advanced auto, almost the same thing as an optima. Only difference is how the cells are formed, these are honeycomb instead of spiral. They are much cheaper however.
As for size see if you can grab one off the shelf and test fit. I use two big 1100 CCA in the trunk of my fox.

I don't know what fan is in the car. I would like for someone to tell me the part number for an optima red top battery. I will be putting it in the stock location. I thank you for the response.

Go to the parts store or use google. Chances are the "right" optima will have no more CCA than the one in there now. BTW a 61 series battery will fit in the stock location, they usually have 850-950 cca.
Or you can buy an overpriced optima cuz it looks cool. Just my .02

I use an Odyssey Battery in mine, lots of power in a smaller package.

I went into a NAPA Auto Parts store one time to buy an Optima red top battery for my Mustang. The salesman there suggested their NAPA Gold battery over the much more expensive Optima. He said I would be much happier with the NAPA one.

I don't think Optima batteries are as good as they were in the past, think someone different makes them now.
