What PSI for Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

I just installed a Kirban adjustable fuel pressure regulator in my 97. I don't have a fuel pressure guage installed yet but I have one on the way. Anyway, what should I set the fuel pressure to once I'm able to what I'm doing?

a little :OT: but do you NEED an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for the PI heads? why did you get one?

You don't need one but after I had my car tuned we found out she wasn't getting any fuel above 4500 RPM. I installed a 255 LPH fuel pump and the FPR just to make sure all the fuel I need is getting in there. I still have to go back and have my car re-tuned.

38-40 psi without vacuum.
