I read in a thread the other day that the 96 cams were pretty decent stock. IDK for sure and someone will more than likely chime in and let me know im wrong, but what mods do you currently have?

Check Summit Racing, they have a great selection of 4V cams.

I dunno what you have done to your car at this point, but 4.10 gears, LT headers, o/r midpipe, & a tune should put you near or over the 300rwhp mark, plus the gears will give you the low end punch that 4V's REALLY need...

As far as cams goes, I know that 96-98 Cobra's are supposed to have the best factory intake cams out of all the Mustang 4V's... Ford GT cams are a nice upgrade though.

Do not waste your times with cams. 4.6L cams cost a ton and offer very minimal gains.

Don't see or know your current mods, but go. CAI, L/T's, h-pipe, catback, 4.10's, MGW shifter, and a tune.

Don't waste your time with a throttle body either. They are good for 450-500RWHP. I've seen 96-98 and 99-01 Cobras lay down 530RWHP with stock throttle bodies.

IF you can afford a superchargers, that's the way to go. Make sure you have a good clutch before the install of a supercharger or L/T headers.
