what should i set my fuel pressure to?

i have the trick flow top end kit w/ 24# injectors with the stock fuel pump (for now). I bought a adjustable fuel pressure regulator from holley. What should i set the fuel pressure to? Someone told me 42psi. What do you guys think? thanks for the help

38-40 psi, setting it with the vacuum off.

would 50psi damage the injectors?

No but the computer will scale back the injector duty cycle if the pressure is too high.
