what size tap?...

for the people with cai that needed to be tapped out for the sensor to work. what size was it? i really want to put mine on but i need it to be tapped out. does anybody know/remember what size it was? thanks.

Its (3/8") NPT if you are talking about the ACT sensor

I think its the same IAT (Intake Air Temp) ACT ( Air Charge Temp)

ok...so the 3/8" tap is to small. anybody have any ideas on what to do to make this work?

Well, a 3/8-16 UNC or 3/8-24 UNF would be too small, but. . .

NPT - National Pipe Thread

It's a 3/8" Pipe thread. And with pipe threads, the 3/8" part refers to the I.D. of the pipe. Go figure.

Um, you can buy one from a good hardware store or MSC

Maybe you have a local Stanger or Plumber that will let you use it.

A machine shop should have one. . .

Where are you located?
