What spark plugs do you recommend

Got the car on the lift doing longtubes and some tune-up stuff. Whats spark plugs do you reccomend. Its for my daily driver 89 LX 5ltr I always stay with oem on the european cars I work on and build unless its forced induction or something far from stock.

that lists the appropriate plug for most brands of plugs and for different heads.

Copper stock Motorcraft plugs would be my recommendation...

But it's kinda hard to say for sure without knowing the mods on the car. If it's stock with a few bolt-ons, then i stick to my recommendation. If it's got heads, cam, Nitrous, etc...then i might go something different

I have had excellent luck with NGK V Power mostly for racing, but street use as well. NGK has a excellent tech line that you can call and give your engine set up and they will recommend a plug and one step colder, one warmer.
