what speedo gear!?!?!

I did the t-5 swap and I don't know what year the t-5 is so I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what speedo gear I need. I have 3.55's. My car is a 1991 and with the 7 or 8 tooth drive gear in the tranny, I dunno whats in there. So I found a sight and it seems I need 19 or 22.

I would rather not buy both, anyone have any insight as to how to figure out what drive gear I have? An easy way?

goto brothersperformance.com and pick the gears u have, it will tell u what gear u need.

did you even read the post?
he doesn't know what year tranny he has... therfore, he does not know what driven gear is in the tranny, therfore, no one in the universe is going to be able to calculate which speedo gear he needs.

Not sure if this will work, but, possibly you can look inside the speedo-hole and see what colour the driven gear is.
Pretty sure the drive gears are differnt colours.
8 tooth drive gear in my '92 was cream... like a dirty white kinda beige colour.
6 tooth that went in is black.
I'm uncertian what colour a 7 tooth drive gear is.
