Most people use a 3.5" or 4" 3 jaw puller and pull from the center spokes not to damage the rubber between the inner and outer 1/2 of the balancer.

I did but figured my gear puller would work as it always has. You seem to have some type of spiffy gear puller! Not the autozone type! Thanks!
