So I sold my 02 GT 5 speed and the blower.. got sick of not having a Mustang and bought a used 01 GT auto.. and now iv got to get it blown.. I want to keep the gears stock because I love the wide gears of the auto..

Does anyone here run an auto with a centrifcle blower, what do you think..

Why'd you sell your first one in the first place?

It is a long story why I sold it, had to do with buying a house.. But I ended up with a cheaper payment buying a used mustang..

Changing the rear end gear will not change the separation of the tranny gears. I went with 3.73's and later changed to 4.10's. I run 28 inch slicks.

Fastest too. Most people switch to automatics when they get over 550 rwhp and into the low 10's.

I'll put mine up against any other car for fun factor too. It's got a fully manual transbrake valve body, 4200 stall converter, manual converter lock-up, and lots of HP.

I would too but I'm not spending the money to go forged. I'd be happy with 350 rwhp. Gonna get me a 6psi and I am done. When I need to go over 500, sure I'll go back to auto.

I went with the auto because it is better for drag racing, I was getting tired of miss shifting.. I have lots of fun with my auto, and it launches harder then my 5 speed.. and its great when im stuck in traffic..
