I about to install my 255lph pump and afpr. i was wondering with my mods in my signature what my fuel pressure should be set at. i know stock is 41psi. some people say 43psi and others told me all the way to 48psi at idle. which is best?

iim new to the whole fuel tuning process. do you mean taking the vacuum line off and plugging it completely? i dont need it?

You will notice when you hook the vacuum line back up the pressure will drop a few pounds at idle. This is normal as your fuel pressure regulator adjusts for vacuum changes.
so with my mods 5.0 magazine did an article saying to set at 48 psi at idle. you suggest about 36-38?

Yes, 48psi is way to high. Take it to the track or dyno then play with the FP there.Daniel50 said:
