What type of oil for my KB?

Hey guys, lost the little bottle of oil that KB sends with their kits. Anybody know what the grade/type of oil it is I should use in my blower? I don't want to have to order oil from KB and have it shipped here. Everything is alwaays so secret with KB. it pisses me off. They don't show what grade/type of oil to use on their website and the little bottle never had it on either.

I believe it is Redline 50wt synthetic, you can do a search at that "other" website

Yep 50Wt synthetic. I got mine from summit.

ok stupid question... would any 50W oil work? like could i use some 20W-50? synthetic of coarse

I think what your talking about is 20 weight, that's not 50.

20w-50 is multi-weight, not something you want when only 50 weight oil is called for.

the multi-weight oil will be too thin at operating temps
