Ok, so i recently got Crower stage 2 blower cams for my car and when i called crower they said that i shouldn't run synthetic....is that correct?? if so what kind of oil should i run....give me any recommendations!!!!!!!!

Did they say not to run full syn? If so is it ok to run a syn. blend? I don't see why they would say that. I mean ive heared of not running syn trans fluid but thats because it would i guess make the friction material on the blocking rings, etc. lose soemof its friction. If that makes any sense.

If it's not synthetic it's called conventional - or semi-syn. You can still run a varying viscosity/mulit grade like 10W-30, just use to conventional version, dino means the same thing because it comes from the earth (dead dino's) and isn't made inhouse.

....... ive had problems vith my sq 1500 mi after i got it (full kit from vortech w/ warr) and the bearings went bad then 3 months after i got it back same thing and vortechs turn around time is like 2-3 months then the secont time i got someone elses blower i opened up the box and it was chrome and smaller i had to ship it back overnite and work them over to pay for shipping. i like to run the syn only for that reason i dont wanna ship it out again cuz next time im gonna drive my car with the charger on it thru their front door (not really but im an angry dude) 2 rebuilds in 9 months and its been in shipping longer than its been on the car im going on a year no probs yet ...

You are like a broken record! How many times are we going to here this story! Maybe if you changed your oil more than every 10,000 miles you would not have this problem! Get a Procharger next time!
