I have 275/45/17's up front and 315/35/17's out back. The problem i'm having is that on the freeway the car want's to pull like hell from side to side? I just had an alignment done so i know it's not that! Also weather sitting still running or not when you turn the wheels there is play in it to a point? Will the bumpstear fix this and the issue on the freeway? If so what is the best bumpstear kit out there for the S/N 95's? How hard of an install is it? Should i do camber caster plates as well? The wheels arent towing in or nothing and i even have it lowered slightly? peace

The pull you feel is a combination of your huge meats in the back and the rutted freeways in this state- any car with wide tires will be constantly pulled into ruts. I would need more description about the "play" in your steering to make a recommendation on that, however. The aformentioned front tire change may help, though I would inspect all the front suspension pieces before going that far. The CC plates are only needed if your camber is noticeably negative. Mine was, as I lowered my car three inches in the front. If you can't notice negative camber, however excessive it may be, you can also check the tire wear; if it is uneven with the majority of the wear on the inside of the tread on each side, you need CC plates. I have the UPR plates- they are cheap, functional, well-made and nice looking. Good luck!
why dont tell me you have a set for CHEAP huh? BTW still got the K.B? peacestangman393 said:Put some 165R 15's up front and your problems will be gone.

i dont think it's any suspension peice's cause the car was inspected a few months ago when it was hit. As far as the play goes. it's if your sitting still or driving down the road and you can turn the wheel left or right from the stright position and the wheels dont turn for a bit when the wheel does. Make sence? peaceloud 95 said:The pull you feel is a combination of your huge meats in the back and the rutted freeways in this state- any car with wide tires will be constantly pulled into ruts. Wouldnt they have found these when they did the alignment? And is it possible for them to go bad at under 50,000 miles?stangman393 said:K.B. is gone. On the loose steering sounds like inner or outer tie rods.

Did you check the steering shaft?

Tie rods could be a possibility, though all the ones I have seen that were ruined made noise. Also, I find it unlikely that both would be equally defective....without seeing the car, I'm out of ideas! Sorry Jon!
