I think an advantage to 4 small flanges would eliminate the flange being able to warp. Each primary would be sucked down and seal better. With a full flange it may be bent and it wont let it go down.

Would this be a good idea? I could cut my BBKs easily.

what do u guys think.

Yea but then each flange can turn into a PITA to line up the bolt holes, especially after some use.

with one flange, the flange can warp.
with 4 little flanges, the primaries can warp.
either way, they can warp so stick with what you got.

4 single flanges suck, go with single flange. They will warp and once you take them off you wont get them back on.

Been there and done that repeatedly. Its a lot of fun having to use a pry bar to get the holes in the flange to line up with the bolt holes in the heads.

Stick with the single flange. If it warps some you can always have it trued up at a machine shop.
