With all of my mods below, what do you think I will dyno at and what you do you think I will run in the 1/4?

With a stick it would be around 230-240. Bone stock your probably looking at around 170-180 HP. Most 5 speeds dyno around 190-197. You probably got a 45-50HP gain with all that. I would be happy with those numbers.

I'm not very familiar with shift kits, would that change the efficiency of the AOD at all?

I think it just bulids up more line pressure and makes it shift a little later and harder.

ive got pretty much what you have but i have ported stock heads, my cobra intake is ported, got LT's and i have a 4.10 with my 5spd. im hopin for high/mid 13's with my vert so low 14 or high 13's would be very very good.
