I'd help you find a new driveline for when that one goes. But other than that I'd drive down to your place and smash them god-damn euro tail's out lol.

Keep your car and stay away from that My friend has one and says it's not that good on gas and he is always fixing it.

my buddy had one and he didnt have to work on it no more then i work on my 5.0 i really like that body style eclispe and have wanted one every since i drove one when i was 14.( right when fast and furious came out) it would hit 140 stock. it was a 96 GS model.

everyone i know with a DSM constantly break something. Get on some DSM sites and see how many people are crying about the tranny or something crappin out. Now im not saying the stang is any better by not breaking stuff but swap a tranny in a stang then go help a DSM guy do his. They are no fun. and if anything a GST is not the one to get. Talk about some torque steer. Get a GSX if anything

no offense bud but a turbo eclipse is not gonna save u much in the gas department....maybe more than a 5Liter stang but not much....go find yourself a cheap 4cyl beater......my moms Audi A4 1.8Turbo only takes 93 octane and eats up alot of gas.....so im assuming a turbo eclipse does the same.....my friend does have one also and he complains about it eating gas and something is always broken on it.

don't do it.. i almost did.. straight up trade on a GSX with upgraded turbo stuff/racing tranny and all kindsa stuff.. i almost did but didn't and i dont regret it.. keep the car man...

Atleast get a GSX AWD

I think youll regret it, itll break very quickly and youll end up putting lots of money into it if not selling it for alot less then you bought it for.

Haha... not possible. Keep the Mustang, swap in some 2.73 gears, and put the car on a diet if you want to save gas.

Sure it is

the ls1 vettes make good power and hover around 27-28 mph on the HWY :nice:

OH and if you bought the GS-T... I would find you at a stoplight wait for the green and then put 10 car lengths on you before you ever got in third gear. :D
