Hey all. I'm interested in rebuilding my fox's 5.0 this summer.

I was wondering what you would suggest in upgrade parts. Are there any "kits" that have all the components to put together a well working package? (i know late model restoration had a top end kit)

Ive heard different people using GT40 heads, or Twisted Wedge. E series and B series cams. I really have no idea where to start and there so many options.

any help is really appreciated Thank You!

$3000 to $4000 to have a good hp NA engine. A few years from now I'd like to put a supercharger on it, so i'd like to keep that in mind too.

I strongly suggest the Trick Flow Track Heat H/C/I package. It's a great package on a stock shortblock, and it still gives you plenty of room to grow. I don't see a list of current mods on your car, so keep in mind that there will be some peripheral mods needed to maximize the power potential of a new HCI package. Fuel, ignition, suspension, exhaust, drivetrain, etc. These mods are not necessary in order to install the HCI, but they'll allow you to get the most out of the engine package.
