Low 13's. I don't see you breaking anything. You might tear up a rear control arm but I bet you still make it home.

Not sure what you might break. My set up is very similar. I had an issue with 2nd gear synchro back many years, and snapped a Ford Ranger axle. Other than that, I never have issues with parts breakage. Has the potential for 12s, but might not do so on the first outing.

Ha I missed that you had control arms. I hope they don't bind or they might rip the mounts

I had 130,000+ mile stockers last into the high 1.6x 60s' and only get removed to go 5-lug.

I had a pair of Ranger axles last 2.25 passes.

It's a crap shoot to say the least.

If I bind up a rear running heims I've done **** wrong... mounts are all welded and braced. Suspension is set up to go faster then the drivetrain...

Im hoping I can actually get a little wheel speed out of the hole and not dead hook it. Take a bit of shock out of the drivetrain

Need that dead hook with no bog to get that 12 unless I'm seriously underestimating the power you're making. Have a friend get video if possible. I'd like to do something similar with my suspension.

buddy of mine just went 13.2 with a stock GT with 3.73s and exhaust... and full interior and no weight reduction... a lot of people underestimate what these cars can run

plus dead hooking will make it bog seeing how i dont have a ton of power.. getting wheel speed with those sticky ass tires will still be pushing me forward and keep the RPMS up. plus its hard on parts

I'm up in the air on dead hooking verse spinning a bit. My car liked a little tire spin. If it dead hooked the 60' suffered a bit. If it spun, it 60' and ran better.

I had another friend with a stock motored car that went in the 12.7s. His car had enough photos with the front tires just off the ground, that it was dead hooking, but still went better 60's than my car ever had.

Hard to say really.

with a really tight track on slicks if we dead hook the coupe it will bog the car then blow the tires off it. doesnt have the wheel speed to carry the front...
