I want to get Autometer's Instrument cluster but it is only for 99+ Mustangs. Whats the difference?? Is it only the digital odometer or is there something else I'm missing.

The speedometer and everything is controlled by the computer on the 99+. That's why they can get a chip to calibrate for gear changes where as we can't.

Has anyone seen anything similar to the Autometer cluster that would work on 94-98 Mustangs? Besides white face gauges of course

There's nothing for our cars that has mechanical oil/water/gas etc. in the dash. But you can always put your own in where the stereo is.

I've heard of people using the clusters from Bullitts, so the Autometer one should. Our cluster is electronic, it just doesn't get any info from the main PCM. Considering that the Speedcal and other add on type devices will work on 99-up cars just as they do ours, it seems like the info from the main computer is secondary info and could be done without.

This is just a guess, though.

Also, I believe that the connectors are shaped differently. You'd need to get some pigtails from 99+, and replace your current connectors.
