the new emisions test isnt a big deal this year cause youll automatically pass it until next year when the computer portion actual scans for emmisions issues. just make sure you go to a local garage and not some fancy by the book place, and they usually wont check under the car. though the h pipe might be obvious when you pull up. if i were you id have a couple of magnaflow cats installed (cost me 150$ installed) they still sound good and will save you future b.s for inspection.
