It's about time to flush the cooling system but i just can't seem to find the block drain plugs. i know they are supposed to be on both sides of the block under the headers but i just can't seem to find them. can anyone give me any specifics on where to find them? what exhaust port they are under? thanks

I was looking for mine the other day and finally found them. They are smaller than i pictured in my head but are a diff color from the block or at least mine were. However you do not need to remove these to drain the coolant. Just drain the bottom radiator hose, then put it back and run the car for a minute to flush the rest out. I once forgot to put a radiator hose back on and blew all the fluid outta mine that way. Laters

do you mean to run the car with nothing in the radiator to flush out the rest of the engine?
