Where can I find oil pressure??

Other than where the stock oil pressure sending unit is mounted, where can i found another spot to tap into to hook up an aftermarket pressure gauge?? If anyone has any pictures that would be cool. Thank you :SNSign:

Just put a 1/4 tee into block where the sender goes that way you still use the sender & the adapter for gauge. or just delete the original sender.

You can also remove the hex tube that the stock sender goes into, and tap the tube for a fitting (for your second gauge). Just be sure it all fits together with enough clearance (this method works better for mech gauges).

don't fix it if it isn't broken, use the stock location and be done with it. not rocket science.

If at all possible id like to keep the stock gauge functional. I just dont like looking at the dash and seeing gauges that dont work. Its not really a big deal though. just want to see if there are any other options besides doing away with the stocker. Thanks for the replies

just make a custom gauge bezel like this or go to www.florida5.0.com and buy one and put all aftermarket gauges. make it look good, no more tacky stock gauges that don't work.

i have not yet drilled the holes as you can see.

Just use a T-fitting and put it in the stock location.

I beleive you'll need 1/8 NPT. I just bought a 2" nipple and a t-fitting. I screwed the stock sender into 1 part of the t and the autometer fitting in the other port.

Keyrect. Stock is 1/4" NPT and most aftermarket gauges use 1/8" NPT.
