I know the rears go up under the seat and then plug in....If you roached the rears, a salvage yard will sell them for like 50.00 a pair....i had to replace em when i swapped gears...they suck !!!!
They send me like 12" of wire plus the sensor...i just cut and connected them in...

The fronts??? never had to deal with em....

Oh... those are for the front not the rear, I found another set on there and was about to put a bid in on them until I noticed that. Its still a good find though.

Is it plug and play or do I have to cut and solder?

I don't know if the set-up is exaclty as the fronts, as I just cut off 8" or so and cut them in place..just used crimp connectors on mine...I know i had fronts as they had the bracket that goes to the strut on them....i said W.T.F.??? so your not alone there...

The back ones have grommets built into the line. I didn't replace the front ones. The back ones where pretty easy.

Well I broke the old ones and I already have the fronts so I might as well cut em both and give it a try. I'll get some shrink wrap today and solder em on. I'll let you know the results. I can't see why it wouldn't work.
