Where is the Computer in a 1990 Mustang?

Where is the Computer in a 1990 Mustang? How do I remove the computer wire harness "The one that connects to the computer"? I what to reuse this stuff to make a carburated vehicle EFI.

Computer is behind the kickpanel on the passenger side.
If i remember correctly you need to take down the heater box to get it out.
The harness should fit through the whole and be able to be pulled in the engine bay, once the computer and straps are disconnected.
