Well, you can really only get the Delta controller from Baskin.
For the fan, you can hit a Junkyard.
OEM fans are made to be reliable for 100K+ miles. With most aftermarket stuff, um not so much. Besides, for about 150 bucks, you can have an awesome controller and cooling fan.
You did good. SPAL is awesome stuff. I've heard mixed reviews on the controller but I think it comes down to what was desired (to compare it to certain other units is not appropriate. I know of a few folks whom speak very highly of it).
Brian has recently started limiting sales to certain groups, and there are criteria amongst the group.
