Hey guys... I am trying to get married in May and I really need to sell my blown stang. Any ideas as to where I should be posting it? Thanks for the help.
I sold two of my 5.0 Stangs on eBay, and they sold fast. One guy flew into LAX from AZ and drove the car back, and in the other transaction the guy flew in from St. Louis with his son and had the car shipped back. All i did was pick them up from the airport (i live 2 mins from LAX) and they both had cash in hand. Easy transactions.
Of course it does cost atleast $50 and up to list the car on ebay, then some minor additional fees once the vehicle sells, but it should sell pretty quick.
I had my blown stang on ebay, auto trader, cars.com, every single forum possible....and it didn't sell after two months even when I started asking $1500 below blue book retail (when the car easily has $13,000-$15,000 just in parts rofl). I had one guy come look at it, then he backed out, and tons of people trying to low ball me like "Oh howabout $9500, those cars don't hold their resale well you know!"
Always sold all my Mustangs on www.autotrader.com I have had straight up people come to see the car. Of course you get weird emails...but I never deal with those people...too shady or fishy.
