I've got oil leaking down and burning off on my cats. Where do you think it's coming from? I've looked under the car and there seems to be oil on the pan and the tranny but until I clean it off I can't be sure. I'm going through a quart every 400-600 miles or so. Don't think it's tranny, replaced fluid, checked a week later, and no loss.

i recently found out that there is a type of "plug" (i really cant think of a better word this second) where your pcv goes into. mine was loose as hell cause for some reason the rtv or whatever that held it into place started to fail and was letting oil get out through there. it was leaking down the back of my engine and hitting my tranny and hpipe a lil. most of the oil burned off but you can tell it ran down there. just got a ton of rtv and got that sucker back on there and put in a new pcv and i dont see any more leaks from there

hmmm....thanks for the info. I think the lower intake gasket is suspect, and the pcv valve probably is as well. I've been getting puffs of coolant every once and a while as well. I have had the intake off before, so I'll check that out tomorrow.

what type of exhaust do u have 95 stocker? it sounds way rad.

It's BBK shorty headers, BBK off road H, and Magnaflow catback with the "magnapack" option. I also have an FMS E cam and new valve springs, which make it sound tons nastier than before.
